How do I get hair like this?!?

Judging by the picture, it looks like she has her hair in a bun with some layers falling out on one side. If you want your hair like this though with it cut actually short like it looks from the front, then I'd get a layered bob with the shortest layer about mid-ear and the longest going down to about your chin. Straighten the one plain side and slick it back with some pomade or something and stick in bobby pins so it doesn't fall out. (Or if you want to be totally drastic you can just get that side cut the way it is) Then blow dry the other side around a cylinder brush so it curls without being too spirally, and brush it out a little, then tease it so it gets the volume and pieceyness shown.
