Should i move in an apartment building that is going to foreclose?

Looking to move to save some money. Rental Agent said that they need to notify people looking to move in that the apartment building will be going through foreclosure due to the owner passing.I know if i move in the rent may increase. What may be the worst sinerio just in case i have not thought of it? Frankie
