We have been dating a month, is it too early to ask to be bf/gf?

So ive known this girl in class for 3 months. asked her out last day of school. we've been on dates since late may till now. We hold hands, kiss, hug. all that relationship stuff lol. She tells me she likes me and i like her. I've liked her since the first time she sat next to me in class. Smart, funny, beautiful. So anyways, i want to ask her to be my gf...i planned a gondola ride and am debating if i should ask her there. Do you think it's too soon? or this would be perfect? i dont want to let this girl slip through my fingers because i really like her, but i dont want to push her away by being too eager...ahh dilemmas , dilemmas... any advice for me? thanks.
