We have a female cat who had kittens 1 month ago - dad is in the house with us.?

Everyone getting along fine until yesterday morning. One of the kittens got leg stuck in coil of box spring. After a little while and some outside help, kitten freed. She is fine. But now the mama cat is fighting the Dad cat and the other 2 adult (fixed) males in the house. The male cats are huddled in the basement scared. Will she calm back down? I put her in the bathroom with her kittens for a while today, and she nursed and slept for a while. She has not been aggressive with any human family members - in fact, more friendly than usual. How can I stop the fighting with the other cats? She is the aggressor.
