What does an upside-down peace sign mean?
A few months ago on my one of my friends birthday, he asked us to sign his card, and when my friend Frankie did she put an upside-down peace mark next to her signature and the word 'nuke'. She then told us an upside-down peace sign means nuclear warfare. Is that true?
