Please help me to decide what to do with my hair!?

right i have hair like frankie from the saturdays and i really hate it now and want to grow it out.....i dont no wether to just keep cutting the long side until the other side catches up or cut it off like twiggy's old hair- the pixie crop and letting it grow that way...HELP!
