Me and my wife got in a fight, will my child be taken from me?

me and my wife got in a physical confrontation, while my 2 year old was in the room. i called the police after she left and wrote a statement. she was the aggressor in the situation and i wrote that in my statement, of course she wrote just the opposite in her statement. what are the chances my son will be taken by cps?
