Cat bullying is getting out of control please help!?

What an awful situation you are in. I know this sounds hard but I do not think it is fair to keep them both as they do not get along and are not happy with each other. It sounds like it would be best to give on cat away. You cannot have this poor little cat bullied and so unhappy as it is so cruel.
