Short hair and extensions?

I'm 15 and have had my hair cut like frankie sandford because it was damaged and wasn't growing so basically cut it all off. i would like to get a full set of hair extensions, decent ones! but don't know whether they will look natural on this haircut? is there any way i could make them look natural if they will? please give me some ideas/opinions
