The US wants to protect civilians in Libya coz the libyan leader killed a few hundred or may be a few thousand civilians? where is the US military in Sudan where hundreds of thousands have been killed? Why was the US military not there when hundreds of thousands and possibly more than a million were killed in Rwanda? The list goes on and on. Saddam sent troops to Kuwait, so US went into both Kuwait and Iraq. Saudi Arabia sent troops to Bahrain, why is the US not going into Bahrain and Saudi Arabia? Russia sent troops to Georgia, why did the US military not go to Georgia and Russia? scared of Russia? China is killing way more of it's own people than Gaddafi ever did or can? why is the Us not protecting civilians in China? scared of China? US can definitely destroy both Russia and China but will be destroyed itself it it attacks either country. The US will continue to attack any country it wishes except a few strong countries because war has never come to the US (Hawaii was a US colony when Japan attacked Pearl Harbour) after the civil war unless war comes to the US itself. I wait for the day when a country when attacked by the US instead of fighting in it's territory takes the war back to the aggressor. After that the world will work towards disarming itself and US will become a peaceful country much like Japan is now.
