Why is this joke by frankie boyle funny?

This is really a guess, but I'm GUESSING that it is because of the word 'joker', which means he jokes a lot. So when he says he's going to be back, maybe he was joking. That's just my 5 cent about this joke...it isn't really funny though. Haha.
